Job Description:
- Pay: $23-26/hr
- 2-year assignment with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.
- Shift will be hybrid- onsite once weekly.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, records management, and file organization
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements
- Input and track purchase orders and invoices in internal systems
- Assist with expense report reconciliation and departmental supply ordering
- Support training sessions, meetings, and general staff needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, and follow through
- Strong customer service mindset and confidentiality
- SAP (purchase order creation)

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience
