Pay: $58-$63/hour.
Seeking a Certified Scrum Master to run our client's Agile process for high performing teams.
Day in the life: Managing agile rituals – stand ups, planning, refinement, calls for work, assessing how team is doing and progressing throughout sprint and facilitate blockers, gathering any info from Scrum team and trying to knock some blockers, managing ad hoc items around sprint and process. Scrum team based in US and India.
Qualifications:
Scrum Master with 2+ years of Agile Scrum experience required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Certified Scrum Master strongly preferred.
Must have experience with Salesforce (firmly required). Our client manages the Scrum process through Salesforce.
Prior experience with projects involving Incentive Compensation Management tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills including managing meetings and project documentation is required.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide relevant and timely updates to counterparts in San Francisco/Indianapolis/Toronto/India
* Serve as a resource to Product Owners to manage product backlog: liaise with counterparts to ensure that there is a healthy backlog that the development team(s) can work on
* Monitor implemented systems and processes to ensure high performance.
* Review processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as a result of reviewing and gathering metrics, and conducting Agile ceremonies
* Share and learn best practices with peers to increase the effectiveness of the application of agile practices in the organization
