Job Description:
- $45-48.16/hr to start based on years of experience and shift preference.
- Monday-Friday (On-site)
- This position is a 1 year assignment with possibility of extension or conversion.
- Position will be mainly responsible for designing, developing, and executing functional genomics assays, including CRISPR-based editing (e.g., RNP delivery, Perturb-seq), single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and CITE-seq.
- Position will also be responsible for operating and maintaining lab equipment in collaboration with other lab members as well as documenting and maintaining detailed laboratory records in accordance with policies
- Position will also perform cell culture work, qPCR and Western Blot on a daily basis.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution with 4+ years of experience in molecular, cell biology, or related scientific discipline. PhDs will be considered overqualified
- 4+ years of industry experience is Required!
- Experience with CRISPR is Required!
- Experience with primary cell lines is Required!
- Strong Molecular Biology background is Required!
- Experience with automation is a Plus!
