Job Description:
- Manages all aspects of assigned programs/learning journeys.
- Collaborates with the business and P&C community to assess people development needs and links needs/performance gaps to skills.
- Identifies relevant, sustainable learning solutions linked to identified skills.
- Engages business leaders to leverage the appropriate internal Lab resources to drive consistency and limit unnecessary external spend.
- Contributes to the design of local learning solutions if global solutions don’t already exist nor are in development.
- Experience with Adult Education methodology through work in a learning and development function and/or relevant business experience in the context of a matrixed organization.
- Hybrid: onsite 3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field required and Minimum 5 years of experience
