Job Description:
- Pay: $60 – 65.52/hr
- 3-month assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and budget
- You will develop and execute integrated promotional strategies to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You will analyze consumer cohort trends and identify opportunities to intervene across the consumer lifecycle.
- You will build data-driven consumer pricing and promotional plans using complex data sets.
- You will evaluate campaign performance, identify key drivers, and optimize through structured testing and experimentation.
- You will build forecasting models to project marketing campaign performance.
- You will partner cross-functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, Strategy & Operations, BI, Engineering, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams.
- You will support ETL processes and ensure accurate data routing into CRM platforms.
- You will help manage and scale promotional campaigns across hundreds of U.S. geographies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, business analytics, consulting, or related fields
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (complex functions, modeling, analysis)
- Experience building forecasting models for marketing campaigns
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Hands-on experience with CRM technologies including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data systems
- Customer lifecycle analytics experience
- Consumer pricing and promotions planning experience
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
