My name is Patrick Nusbaum, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is located Gilbert, AZ. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • The Bilingual Recruiter will Provide full life cycle recruiting services to various business units primarily will be working with light industrial positions, technicians, trade skills (plumbers, painters, electricians, etc..) and engineering type roles
  • This will be a hybrid position (coming onsite from time to time but not too often, a few days per month)
  • Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
  • 5-6 month contract assignment
  • Pay is $25-$35hr (depends on level / years of experience and Company will make final determination on rate when extending an offer)
Primary Duties/Accountabilities:
  • Provide full life cycle recruiting services to various business units
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Strategize with hiring managers on a comprehensive recruitment strategy for open positions
  • Ownership of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, even for those candidates not selected
  • Solves problems, takes ownership
  • Proactive communicator to hiring managers. Hiring managers never ask you for a status… they are informed
  • Adaptable to shifts in priorities
  • Knowledgeable about the job market, trends, hot jobs and can speak/advise and consult with leaders
  • Partners with hiring leaders to make the best decisions
  • Actively identifies and assesses passive talent
  • Can stay organized around: multiple requisitions, multiple hiring managers, volume of candidates, and need to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Passion for Recruiting; it's not a job but a career choice
  • Experience in successfully placing talent
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organized, plans their time effectively – strong sense of urgency
  • Resilient; finds answers; is a collaborator; comfortable setting expectations
  • Self-motivated; acts on priorities
  • Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday preferred
Education and Experience:
  • Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
  • Looking for around 2-5 years recruiting experience, High School Diploma minimum education, no degree required
  • Experience recruiting for light industrial positions, technicians, trade skills (plumbers, painters, electricians, etc..) and engineering type roles
  • No specific ATS required but they use Workday (preferred)
  • Must be organized, able to multi task and use several different systems/ tools/ technologies
