Job Description:
- Duration: 9 months contract – possible extension based on performance and budget.
- Payrate: $19 - 30/hr W2 (based on years of experience)
- Night Shift: Mon-Fri; 9pm to 5am. (Optional overtime on Saturday when needed)
Required skills:
- High School or GED is required.
- 2+ years of Athena (SAP) system experience
- 3+ years of Warehouse experience
- 3+ years of operating powered industrial truck (PIT).
- 3+ years of Good Documentation Practices (GMP)
- Valid Driver's License (regular)
- Ability to transport between buildings using a 26ft truck (non-CDL)
- Clear English handwriting and Speak English
- Experience with Microsoft software
Responsibilities:
- Ships, receives, and stores and distributes materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
- Records of movement of incoming and outgoing materials and verifies the accuracy of work performed.
- Use a business system for raw materials and non-stock receipts.
- Contacts Buyer/Planner to resolve discrepancies.
- Support manufacturing line with components, and sanitization of storage containers.
- Ability to operate powered industrial truck (PIT).
- Ability to lift 0-70 pounds. Flexible with time in case asked to cover.
- Demonstrated ability in the application of the requisite skills to perform the required tasks of the position following established practices and procedures.
- Receives general instructions on routine assignments and work under supervision.
- Receives detailed instruction on new work, which is closely supervised and reviewed.
