Job Description: $38.18 Hourly W2
- We are seeking a highly cross-functional Product/GTM Operations professional to support launch and lifecycle operations for subscription-based networking and security (SaaS / SD-WAN / SASE) offerings.
- This role ensures new offers are operationally ready, properly configured in business systems, and fully enabled for Sales, Support, and Channel teams.
- Manage subscription lifecycle: packaging, pricing, updates, and end-of-life transitions
- Maintain SKU governance and catalog accuracy across systems
- Monitor onboarding, billing, entitlement, and customer usage workflows
- Integrate new offers into CPQ, CRM, ERP, and commerce platforms
- Build dashboards and KPIs to track adoption, usage, and revenue impact
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
