Job Description:
- Pay is $30/hr
- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (Hybrid, on-site on Tuesdays)
- 6-month assignment with potential for conversion based on performance and budget
- Position will be responsible for supporting the team with IT-related questions and concerns through effective written and verbal communication.
- Conducting technical and organizational security assessments, collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging and clearly articulate product, service, and competitive differentiators.
- Managing proposal workflows by coordinating with subject matter experts, meeting timelines, maintaining a centralized FAQ/response database, and contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.
- High School Diploma is Required!
- 1-3 years’ experience in IT is Required!
- Experience in sales and customer communication is Preferred!
