- Monday-Friday, Hybrid position! 3 Days would be onsite, 2 days remote.
- Pay range starts at $50+/hr!
- 6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a strong possibility of temp to hire after the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for designing and developing modern, web-based technical help content that enables users to effectively operate complex laboratory and scientific systems, applying strong UI/UX and learning principles.
- Position will also be responsible for creating modular, single-sourced content using modern authoring tools, integrating HTML/XML, multimedia, AI-enabled workflows, and structured content optimized for chatbot and digital experiences.
- Position will be in charge of collaborating cross-functionally with global teams, gathering requirements, managing content work through project tracking tools, and continuously improving documentation through user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required! Degree specifically in Technical Communication, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred!
- 7–10 years of experience in senior technical content design or technical communication is required!
- Strong proficiency with modern technical authoring tools, including advanced experience with a leading single-source content platform, is required!
- Proficiency with HTML/XML authoring, modular content strategies, and UX-driven content design is required!
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in a global environment is required!
- Experience creating AI-ready or chatbot-optimized documentation and structured content is preferred!
- Background in life sciences, engineering, biotechnology, or a scientific industry environment is preferred!
