Key Responsibilities
Artwork Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory artwork projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Develop clear, complete, and accurate artwork project briefs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Route artwork through the TAG system for review and approval while tracking project progress to completion.
- Ensure all artwork complies with regulatory standards, brand guidelines, and internal quality requirements.
- Manage color matching for sustainability-driven projects, including removal of carbon black and re-matching colors in PCR materials.
- Ensure updated BOMs and specifications are issued for revised colors.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Packaging Development, Manufacturing Plants, and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all assigned projects, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
What We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Education
- 2–4 years of proven package development project and/or quality experience, preferably within cosmetics, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or a related engineering/technical discipline is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external suppliers.
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Interest in growing within decoration and packaging development.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to vendors and manufacturing plants as needed (approximately 5–10%)
