Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only)
Pay Range: $21.25 – $27.10/hour
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (36.25-hour work week)
Work Model
- Hybrid: Standard 1–2 days per month in-office (Framingham, MA), with additional days as determined by the manager or business needs.
- Any overtime or hours beyond the standard work week must be pre-approved by a supervisor or manager.
- Reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection required.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides diversified support to multiple recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Acting as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal business partners, the specialist ensures a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the TJX employment brand across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide agile, multi-functional administrative support to recruiters across diverse business units.
- Act as a trusted liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure clear, timely communication.
- Manage candidate communications across email, phone, and text, ensuring professional and consistent engagement.
- Schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers globally.
- Coordinate candidate travel logistics, process reimbursements, and initiate relocation benefits when applicable.
- Draft and issue offer letters, ensuring accuracy and consistency with compensation and organizational standards.
- Initiate and monitor background checks; proactively track progress and update stakeholders.
- Launch onboarding workflows and communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
- Facilitate weekly U.S. New Hire Orientation for Home Office associates and conduct I-9 verification inspections.
- Collaborate with internal teams including TA Strategy, HRXpress, and Payroll to ensure accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate status reports and communicate key updates to recruiters.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and established process standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
