We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Compensation Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: Part Time - 20 Hours per week
- We are seeking a temporary Compensation Project Manager to provide project management and operational support to the Compensation Design & Delivery team while the team is down resources.
- This role focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintaining a clear calendar of deliverables, coordinating workflows across teams, and ensuring timely updates for MBR/QBR reporting.
- This position will not own programs, but will ensure compensation workstreams are well-organized, deadlines are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, and high-quality enablement materials are produced to support managers and People partners.
- You will work closely with the Compensation Design team, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics, helping with project tracking, reporting, and content creation.
5+ years of corporate compensation experience that includes full compensation lifecycle projects support is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Large corporate enterprise environment experience required.
Project management skills - stakeholder reporting and project tracking are required.
Strong analysis skills - Excel or Google Sheets - required.
HR systems experience is required. Workday is preferred.
