HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager
Assignment Length: 1 Year Contract

Overview
We are seeking an experienced HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to support CRM/email marketing execution within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This role will focus on executing 1:1 HCP marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional projects, analyzing CRM data, and supporting campaign optimization.
Ideal candidates will bring 3–5+ years of CRM/email marketing experience, strong client/project management skills, and familiarity with pharma processes (including Med/Reg review).

- CRM/Email Marketing Experience – preferably within pharma/biotech; familiarity with Med/Reg processes and systems (Veeva PromoMats a plus).
- Account/Client Management – strong communication, presentation skills, stakeholder management.
- Data & Insights – experience pulling CRM data and driving strategic recommendations.
- Project Management Tools – SmartSheet or Asana experience.
- Agency Experience – preferred but not required.
Job Description
As part of the company's Digital Lab, the HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project oversight, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of HCP CRM campaigns. This role reports to the Associate Director, Campaign Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of medium to highly complex CRM brand engagements.
- Develop project plans, status reports, and lead weekly meetings to ensure flawless and on-time execution.
- Learn brand/therapeutic area needs and operate as a knowledgeable CRM partner.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and agencies to manage project development and implementation.
- Continuously review campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and communicate insights.
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, proofing checklists, and status updates.
- Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Partner with agency and internal teams to capture requirements and ensure compliance with processes (metadata, approvals, data validation).
- Document and manage all change requests; assess timeline and resourcing impacts.
- Support the creation of quarterly campaign audits and performance SLAs.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend improvements to drive engagement.
- Participate in planning cycles with brand and omnichannel teams; manage resources accordingly.
- Prepare clear, concise communications including quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of CRM, database marketing, email marketing, digital or 1:1 marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of client service, account management, or response management experience.
- Pharma/biotech or HCP marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Digital/interactive agency experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solution-oriented, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
