Project Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
Industry: Nutrition Science (preferred but not required)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate excels in communication, drives milestones forward, and proactively eliminates roadblocks to keep teams aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and execute detailed project plans
• Coordinate tasks, resources, schedules, and internal communication
• Track progress, manage risks, and problem-solve issues quickly
• Serve as primary point of contact for project status and updates
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and planning materials
• Ensure delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• PMP certification
• Prior experience managing projects end-to-end
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite + project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira preferred)
• Organized, proactive, and strong in communication and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
• 3–5 years experience in nutrition science, food science, or related industry
• Comfort navigating scientific/technical content and structured documentation
