Job Title – Event Project Manager

Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $58-$62/hr

5-month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.

Candidates must be available for onsite appearance of up to 5 days per week depending on scheduled events; however, the typical onsite schedule is approximately three days per week.


Introduction

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our established program. This role will be responsible for supporting experiential and agenda components that bring customer's meeting goals and vision to life. This role requires someone who identifies as a self-starter and has a comfortable time managing their day to meet deliverable deadlines. In this role you will work cross-functionally with other team members, field marketing as well as Customer and Internal leaders.

As the primary point of contact for customer meetings and events, you will act as a strategic partner on some of our top accounts. A typical day includes coordinating and hosting onsite customer engagements on the center floor, preparing materials, managing room setup, and ensuring a seamless experience for both account teams and customers. You will oversee the logistics of each assigned engagement, maintain accurate post-event data for reporting and metrics, and collaborate with peers to deliver VIP-level experiences when appropriate. Additionally, you will help maintain the overall operations and experience standards of the floor.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in event/ high-level Corp meeting project management and operations experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

·         Own and manage the success of high-quality briefings involving key customers & prospects

·         Serve as a primary contact and consultant to sales teams; provide total guidance and properly manage priorities/expectations at every stage of briefing lifecycle

·         Align with account team to gain deeper understanding of meeting objectives/goals

·         Support sales teams with customer meeting logistics and experiential components of the engagement

·         Provide executive-level presence and hospitality for customers and internal discussion leaders from arrival to departure

·         Own experiential components for customer meetings. This includes culinary reservations onsite with our partner teams, volunteer activations & enhanced meetings experiences, etc.

·         Create meeting assets and set up conference rooms to be customer-ready with printed materials and any additional equipment needed for the meeting

·         Greet Salesforce executives & customers upon arrival to the Salesforce Innovation Center and manage all front of house operations

·         Input meeting data into Salesforce. This includes all logistics, meeting costs, customer attendees, discussion leaders, etc.

·         Keep the floor organized and assist with all real estate, operational and Agent force projects
