Contracts Specialist

Job Title – Contracts Specialist
Location: Miramar, FL (HYBRID)
Salary Range: $34 - $38/hr
One year assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.

Introduction
You will support the remediation process of our third-party contracts. This includes compiling information to comply with regulatory items, connecting with various stakeholders, review contracts to ensure information is accurate. You will be a personal contact point for category leaders on these topics. You will need to know when something needs escalating, how to manage a variety of situations and be comfortable managing finance and budgets.Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in contract Administration- specifically with Supply Chain/ Procurement related contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel

• Be of mature disposition and personable, and able to work with teams across continents/ time zones
• Highly collaborative with an ability to function independently
• Creative problem solver and natural entrepreneur; comfort with ambiguity
• Can handle both technical and business aspects of hosting and support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Contract review and compliance: review third- party contracts to ensure all information is correct and up to date
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for category leaders regarding contract remediation
• Project and Process Management: Plan, track, and manage remediation projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Financial and Budget Oversight: monitor budgets related to third-party contracts or remediation efforts.
• Problem Solving and Escalation: Assess situations and determine when issues require escalation
• Client Service and Collaboration: Deliver excellent client service to both internal and external stakeholders
