Job Title – HR Background Adjudication Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204 (3 days Onsite)
Salary Range: $24 - $26/hr
6-month assignment on W2.
Introduction
The HR Background Adjudication Specialist will work within the Employee Success team to coordinate the background screening adjudication process.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is Required- Bachelor's degree in an HR discipline (Highly Preferred).
A minimum of 1 year of HR work experience that includes background screening adjudications is required.
Must have prior Adjudication experience.
Experience with First Advantage background screening is preferred.
Case Management and ticketing system experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs is expected.
