The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Product Development Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

- Work with multiple chemistry adhesive type products
- Develop tests and reports on formulations
- Independently works to perform tests needed per product.
- Performs gauge R&R on batches produced in lab
- Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation necessary
- Ensures SHE and compliance is met with lab safety and hygiene
- Communicate with various internal functions
- Comfortable lifting items and utilizing equipment for lab procedures.
- Chemistry, Material Science, or related degree with required years of experience in the rubber, plastic, or coatings industry
- Masters’ Degree with 1+ year relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Associate’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience
- Background and experience in product development, formulation development, and R&D strongly preferred
