Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Rate: $27.27/hour
Schedule: Facility operates 7:00AM–7:00PM; candidates must be flexible to work shifts within this window. Initial training is Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our fulfillment team in North Chicago. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of prescription orders, including picking, labeling, packing, and shipping. Working closely with pharmacists, inventory planners, and fulfillment leads, you will play a vital part in delivering medications to patients with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, label, pack, and ship prescription medications
- Collaborate with pharmacists and fulfillment leads to ensure timely order completion
- Monitor and restock medication, supplies, and inventory as needed
- Maintain compliance with performance metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to workflow and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate professionally with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold organizational values and promote a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification and licensure (must be obtained by first day of employment)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems or healthcare order fulfillment
