We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Analyst for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
 
Job Description:
Customer Engagement team connects our CMO to high-value customer meetings that drive strategic impact. We partner across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, Executive Programs, and PR to identify and coordinate the most meaningful customer interactions. This agile role requires a motivated, independent self-starter who is highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vet and prioritize CMO meeting requests; manage intake from CRM, email, and Slack
  • Support FY27 CMO customer engagement strategy and Office of the CMO initiatives
  • Manage full meeting lifecycle: coordination, approvals, briefing docs, debriefs, and follow-ups
  • Align with stakeholders on invite lists, agendas, logistics, and seating charts
  • Maintain shared systems: prep-doc folders, templates, media archives, and engagement calendar
  • Draft customer-facing follow-up communications and action items
  • Track Sales and Marketing metrics to inform engagement strategy
  • Maintain Tableau dashboards and internal reports
Required Skills
  • Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience, Sales strategy & programs experience is a plus
