My name is Avery , and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Vacaville, CA Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $25-27.50hr to Start!!
- Variable Shifts Available (Onsite!)
- 12-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- The position will mainly be responsible for the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions.
- The position will execute process recipes, follow written procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment.
- The position will set up, operates, and monitor production processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations and report production in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice and good documentation procedures, review documentation as appropriate.
- The position will also perform material movement, transfer raw materials, chemicals into, out of, across the production areas.
- The position will also maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, support 6S programs.
- The position will attend shift exchange, meeting, sending/receiving emails, participating in projects, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required!
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Required!
- GMP experience/knowledge Required!
- Associates or Bachelors in a science related discipline Preferred!
