Position: Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate (Recent Graduates)
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Maximum Base Rate: $24.90/hour
Duration: 12 months, up to 40 hours/week
Citizenship/Visa Requirement: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, H4, L2, or TN visa holder. No OPT, H1B, or C2C candidates will be considered.
About the Role:
Step into the exciting and dynamic world of cosmetics and beauty products as an Entry-Level Supply Chain Associate! This is a paid 12-month administrative opportunity designed specifically for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) who are eager to build foundational knowledge in supply chain and explore the beauty industry.
You will work on challenging projects, collaborate with our world-class Supply Chain team, gain exposure to senior executives, and experience hands-on supply chain generalist tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform supply chain associate duties including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Support general team operations and special projects while being encouraged to improve ways of working.
- Gain exposure to multiple supply chain team members and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain or related field earned within the last 12 months required (recent graduates welcome).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience with supply chain duties including inventory management, forecasting, order management is required (Academic experience is acceptable).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills (Engineering degree a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to form strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate cross-cultural awareness.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with composure.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality.
- Customer service orientation with appropriate issue escalation skills.
- Flexibility to work and commute in both New York and New Jersey
