Business Support Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN 37214
Salary Range: $20 - $25/hr
6 – month assignment, with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
Hybrid- 3 days onsite required with the following available shifts:
6:30am – 3:30pm, 7:00am – 4:00pm,  or 9:00am – 6:0pm

Introduction
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities include determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. May be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment, with experience taking calls, data entry, emails, and analyzing credits
  • Ability to read and write fluently in French is Highly Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong ability to work independently

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience using any ERP or CRM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing product, service, and billing inquiries; manage escalations and ensure timely, professional resolution of complex issues.
  • Issue Resolution & Documentation: Investigate and assess the validity of customer complaints, authorize appropriate remedies (refunds, adjustments, etc.), and maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Operational & Leadership Accountability: Work independently with minimal supervision, audit service activities for quality and compliance, and provide feedback or guidance to peers to ensure consistent, high-level customer support.
  • Strategic Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, providing consultative support to help clients maximize business value.
