Pay Range:
- 1st Shift: $21.15 – $24.21/hr
- 2nd Shift: $23.27 – $26.63/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4x10-hour schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
Responsibilities:
- Operate, clean, and set up packaging equipment
- Monitor production lines and ensure efficient material flow
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Follow all GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain compliance with PPE and workplace cleanliness guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- Must pass vision test and meet standard color/depth perception requirements
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional overtime
