Job Description: $75-$85 Hourly
- Role will involve legal work, reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, meeting with senior stakeholders regularly.
- Negotiating technology components in contracts and identifying what are the critical components.
- Tech contracts, specifically Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements, required.
- Contract types: Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Confidentiality Agreements.
- 4+ years of experience JD OR Master of Laws OR Master of Legal Studies required.
- 3 days onsite per week in Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ.
