Process Technician

My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Process Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Granville, OH. Details of the position are as follows: 
 
Job Description: 

• Pay: $25 Per Hour
• Shift: 7am - 3pm, Monday through Friday
• Identifies and corrects hazards; ensures rigorous compliance with OC safety procedures and policies
• Practices good housekeeping habits and participates fully in site safety initiatives
• Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and team members to operate the shingle pilot line and deliver project goals
• Prepares equipment and raw materials and is comfortable with carrying and lifting 30 lbs
• Quickly troubleshoots equipment or process issues, proactively resolving problems to minimize downtime
• Assists with assembly and modification of process and equipment prototypes
• Runs prototype testing and evaluation in partnership with engineers, conducting routine and non-routine shingle testing

 
Qualifications: 

• Manufacturing and/or quality control experience – background in manufacturing operations or quality assurance processes
• Mechanically inclined – experienced using hand tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers)
