Position: Packaging Engineer I
Location: 111 Terminal Ave.Clark, NJ
Duration: 6 months with possibility of renewal up to 2 years! This is a W2 Contract, with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.
 
Job Description: 

• Position is primarily responsible for executing system-level verification tests and analyzing results to support product development in motion control and robotics.
• Position will also be responsible for developing and validating test methods, scripting in LabVIEW and Python to automate testing, and documenting test procedures, results, and findings.
• Position will be in charge of supporting fixture design using ECAD/MCAD tools, collaborating across engineering functions, and applying regulatory and ISO procedures during verification activities.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required! Specifically in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Biomedical, or related Engineering field is highly preferred!
• Hands-on system-level testing and validation experience is required!
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are required!
• Ability to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment is required!
• Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python for test automation is preferred!
• Experience with ECAD/MCAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks) and exposure to medical device or regulated environments is preferred!
