Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Fully Remote Position- Must be in EST or CST! Some occasional travel may be required but is not definite.
- Pay range starts around $55+/hr! Flexible pay range here, please apply/email/call to discuss!
- 6-Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for developing cloud-native enterprise software applications using Python and other modern languages (Java/C#.NET, React) with a focus on backend engineering, APIs, and orchestration.
- Position will also be responsible for integrating enterprise-scale systems, maintaining high standards for maintainable, scalable, and secure software, and applying existing AI/GenAI models for contract analysis and unstructured data processing.
- Position will be in charge of contributing to architecture adjustments, adding new functionality, code reviews, debugging production software, and collaborating with small teams on client-facing engagements, including occasional onsite travel (~20%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline is required!
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience is required!
- Strong Python backend development skills are required!
- Experience with enterprise-level languages, frameworks, or systems (Java, C#.NET, React, GraphQL) is required!
- Cloud-native software experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred!
- Familiarity with Terraform, Azure AI/Document Intelligence, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain) is preferred!
