Key Responsibilities

• Stage materials for weighing, dispensing, buffer prep, and media prep.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP SOPs during all material handling activities.
• Manage recycling of single-use bags and waste from suite passthroughs.
• Return materials to the warehouse with appropriate documentation provided by suites.
• Coordinate cold deliveries of materials with specific business units.
• Oversee and maintain the neutral corridor, keeping it organized and free of obstructions.
• Escalate delays or items left in the neutral corridor beyond acceptable timeframes.
• Support material movement to glass wash and other relevant areas.
• Accurately document all material movements and escalate discrepancies immediately.
• Communicate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall manufacturing process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and move materials as required.
