We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Case Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Tempe, AZ. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Compensation: $25–$32/hr to start
Duration: 12-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Hybrid)
- Onsite training for 4–6 weeks, then only onsite for one week per month required
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned programs, managing patient cases across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, etc.) while navigating insurance coverage and financial assistance programs with professionalism and compliance.
- Follow established protocols, call guides, and service standards (SLAs, KPIs) to ensure accurate case processing, thorough documentation, and timely follow-up—leveraging dual monitors and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond promptly to internal tasks and notifications, escalate complex issues as needed, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and patient support outcomes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED — Required
- 3+ years of experience in patient service support — Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Required
- Experience with data entry, CRM platforms, or case management systems — Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — Preferred
