Pay: $81/hour to start
Duration: 12-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Excel Modeling & Automation: Build and maintain complex Excel models to support forecasting, supply planning, and inventory reporting. Automate data processing using advanced Excel functions and VBA. Develop user-friendly dashboards to aid in business decision-making.
- Data Integration & Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from platforms such as GCP, integrating outputs into Excel and Tableau. Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Planning Support: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable Excel tools. Support demand forecasting, EOL/NPI planning, and supply risk analysis. Document processes and ensure consistency across planning systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field (Required)
- 5+ years of relevant experience (Required)
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (Required)
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP (Preferred)
- Background in the Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Tech industry (Preferred)
