Shift Information:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fully Onsite, W2 Position)
- Pay range starts at $30+/hr!
- 6-month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract, with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.
Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for assisting in the testing and validation of medical devices that diagnose or treat cardiac arrhythmias, including catheters, ablation systems, and mapping equipment.
- Position will also be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing test procedures using lab, electrical, and preclinical tools—such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, simulated heart models, perfusion systems, and fluoroscopy simulators—and documenting results.
- Position will be in charge of supporting product development by verifying prototype performance, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to engineering documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent is required!
- 2+ years of previous lab experience is required!
- Knowledge of lab procedures and use of electrical testing equipment is required!
- Experience with medical device testing/cardiac or electrophysiology devices is highly preferred!
- Product development support experience (setup, execution, documentation) is preferred!
- Experience with data/software tools (LabView, MATLAB, ELN systems, bioinformatics/statistical software) is preferred!
