Job Description:
- Pay up to $31-$34 to start!
- 12-month assignment, with a high possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Shift availability is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
- Position will provide quality assurance support for QC Lab Operations, including GMP compliance, change management, equipment lifecycle activities, and other lab support projects to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Position will draft, execute, and document IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications for temperature-controlled chambers, humidity-controlled chambers, and autoclaves in alignment with QA and regulatory requirements.
- Position will collaborate cross-functionally to oversee procurement, installation, calibration, and qualification of laboratory instrumentation, ensuring processes meet compliance expectations.
- Position will conduct assessments to evaluate adherence to processes and regulations, identify gaps, and drive improvements within the quality system.
- Position will support QC Lab operations to achieve quality objectives, ensuring all practices and procedures align with company policies and applicable governmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy) or Engineering is required.
- Direct, hands-on experience with equipment qualification activities such as chamber mapping, autoclave qualification, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related roles within a GMP-regulated or FDA/ISO-regulated industry is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple parties to ensure appropriate instrumentation is procured, installed, calibrated, and qualified is required.
- Experience with the instrumentation and equipment lifecycle, including procurement, installation, calibration, qualification, and validation, is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA systems and GMP compliance requirements is preferred.
