Job Description:
- Pay is $24.83-25.69/hr to Start.
- 4-month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- HYRBID ROLE! 2 days onsite in / 3 days remote. Onsite Tues and Weds; 8am to 5pm
- Serves as an internal consultant and Store Operations representative
- Will be supporting managers and ensuring projects are on track, communications shared with PM teams, etc.
• Participates in the evaluation, design and development of processes, systems, or programs developed internally or by external vendors
• Partners with and solicits representatives from the field to be a part of the project team when appropriate
• Coordinates and facilitates group meetings with inter-department project teams to advise, design, develop, implement, and evaluate projects
• Partners with collaborators to capture feedback and update tactics and strategy to ensure a successful implementation
• Evaluates efficacy and serves as an internal consultant to ensure the business needs of the field are being met.
• Analyzes business results frequently and makes recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics
• Develops project implementation plan and schedule
• Identifies communication and process improvement opportunities and makes recommendations based on Store Operations’ guidelines
• Crafts communication to field and home office partners for education and project roll outs
• Responsible for evaluating and making recommendations to next level of management as to which would best fit the company's business needs. Responsible for working with internal partners and external vendors on operational decisions that impact the Associate and Customer.
• Involved in the evaluation process of internal and external processes, programs, and solutions.
• Support the execution of key deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years experience is Required.
- Strong experience in Excel is Required.
- MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is Required.
- Strong writing skills is Required.
