We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Framingham, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $57–$62/hour to start
- Duration: 9-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of earned media, public relations, and purpose-driven initiatives, including strategic planning, charitable partnerships, and cross-platform integration across digital, retail, and loyalty channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure cohesive storytelling, brand alignment, and successful campaign execution
- Support strategic planning and reporting for key programs, serving as the day-to-day liaison for PR and Purpose teams while driving internal education and engagement around purpose-led efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, or purpose-driven initiatives at a managerial level
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships
- Strong communication, organizational, executional, and strategic planning skills
- Experience with influencer programming
