My name is Neelam, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Operations Support Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Oakdale, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay is $20.00/hr to Start.
- 4-month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Fully Onsite)
- Works in routine manufacturing facility office environment.
- Generate reports using SAP/MS to research, match invoices with receipts.
- Provides support in which includes monitoring, researching, typing, special projects, scanners, filing, faxing, printing, copying and answer phone calls.
- Constant keying of information into data system and/or spreadsheets and emailing.
- Takes notes and participates in meetings.
- Ability to review files and records to answer requests for information.
- Required problem solving skills and critical thinking.
- Ensure data is input accurately and effectively.
- Daily communication with employees, vendors, corporate and carriers.
- Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
- Prolonged sitting, standing required and walking in the plant.
- Responds promptly to customer/associates/vendor/corporate needs and meets commitments.
- HS Diploma is Required.
- Experience with SAP is Required
- Administrative skills and data entry skills is Required.
