We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Support Technician II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in San Diego, CA. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay $29.00-$32.00 to Start!
- 6-Month Assignment, possibility of extension based on performance and budget.
- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM On-Site
- Position will mainly be responsible for using Desktop and PC Hardware support experience to perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware and software problems for end users on Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Applications and MacOS.
- Position will also be responsible for using ServiceNow ticketing system to streamline the creation, tracking, and resolution of service requests and incidents in order to help minimize disruption and downtime.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma with 2+ years of experience is Required.
- Industry related Certification is Required. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- 2-4 years IT Support or related experience is Required.
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree with work experience is Preferred.
