- Pay: 50.00-61.00/hr.
- Length of Assignment: 15 months to start with potential for extension.
- The focus of the role is the characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and other biologics.
- Responsible for implementing analytical methods to support the research and development of therapeutic proteins/mAbs.
- This role requires a strong understanding of protein biochemistry and a proven track record of applying a variety of analytical techniques such as N-glycan analysis, titer determination, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), peptide mapping, imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (iCE), Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE), and Mass Spectroscopy (MS) experience to characterize mAbs and other proteins.
- Experience with BioAccord systems is nice to have but not required.
