- $20hr based on previous experience.
- This is an onsite role. M-F 7:30-4PM
- 3+ month contract - (potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget).
- We need someone who can process VO/RA mail and SOPs. Ideal candidates will meet company basic tech and skills requirements. This role also manages client support, so customer service and industry experience would be very helpful.
- Cash handling for money orders and postage
- Opening/closing office with office key & alarm code (key/code are issued when temps convert)
- Weekly mail drops at US Government Client (must be able to take registered mail to the counter on occasion)
- Monthly forms/report drops at specific US Government Client location
- Client support via phone/chat/email (basic at first, then more complex support as the agent learns)
- Process client VO mail daily
- Process RA mail daily
- Process SOPs when received (9am - 3pm)
- Manage and add office supplies to carts for approval weekly
- Provide backup support to team as needed
- Experience with MS Office
