Shift Information:
- Monday – Friday, Regular business hours, Fully Onsite, W2 Position!
- Pay range starts at $35+/hr!
- 7-Month contract to start, extension or conversion beyond that is based on performance and budget at that time.
Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for the functional oversight and administration of the CMMS system (EAMs), supporting asset lifecycle and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Position will also be responsible for creating, assigning, and tracking maintenance work orders, and maintaining compliance documentation for audits, SOPs, and change controls.
- Position will be in charge of collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams, coordinating on asset specifications, and ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is Required!
- Experience with CMMS systems (EAMs, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Blue Mountain, etc.) is Required!
- Understanding of maintenance operations and asset lifecycle management is Required!
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) is Required!
- Experience with industrial/manufacturing equipment and preventive maintenance strategies is Preferred!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) is Preferred!
