Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift, Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Cannon Falls, MN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Training on 1st shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and troubleshoot large mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage circuits, sensors, and motors (single/3-phase)
- Perform daily support for manufacturing equipment repairs
- Document actions, parts, and time usage in work orders
- Identify and implement safety and quality improvements
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and manuals for troubleshooting
- Support process optimization and assist engineers, production managers, and technicians
- Work with cross-functional teams and external contractors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Safe work record and stable job history required (no job hoppers)
- Brillium LI testing required (link provided separately)
