Job Description
- The eCommerce Product Manager role will lead the product strategy and roadmap execution within the US for our Storefront Experience team.
- This role will be critical in creating customer-facing features and operational tools to unlock growth opportunities across our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, an extensive history of driving results, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- This role will partner closely with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to identify problems, define solutions, and manage product delivery from concept to launch.
- The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools.
- Deep Shopify Plus ecommerce platform background, including installing and customizing new Shopify themes, apps, and API integrations, checkout extensibility, and third-party apps.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities & stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects from conception to completion, with measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing agile development cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with eCommerce, data, and operations stakeholders to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin.
- Experience in the music and / or entertainment industries very nice to have.
