The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Fremont, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Range: $30 - 50/hr depending on experience
Contract: 3 months with possible extension and/or conversion
1st and 2nd shift available
Job Description:
- Focus on the final testing and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment.
- Ensure the quality and functionality of machines before they leave the assembly line.
- Diagnose issues, perform electrical tests, and refine testing documentation. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electromechanical equipment.
- Conduct basic electrical testing, including measuring voltage, resistance, and continuity, and perform isolation testing on sensitive equipment.
- Execute scripts and queries via a command line interface. Maintain existing test and troubleshooting documentation.
- Interpret functional schematics and circuit diagrams. Analyze CAN network data for system diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Experience with CAN bus tools and data logging systems
