Job Description:
Pay: $25–$28/hr to startAssignment Length: 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
Location & Schedule: Onsite in Georgetown, KY from Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Quality Monitoring:
Track shipments, inventory, and product usage. Conduct daily quality monitoring, perform data analysis, and recommend process improvements. - Customer Engagement & Support:
Attend all on-site customer meetings, adhere to all customer safety and quality protocols, and support local sales plans in alignment with strategic business goals. - Reporting & Collaboration:
Generate technical reports across quality, service, and maintenance functions. Collaborate with Application Engineering to conduct line trials and resolve customer issues or complaints. - Continuous Improvement & Relationship Building:
Lead continuous-improvement projects that drive efficiency and deliver measurable value, while upholding high standards and enhancing Henkel’s reputation and customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong work ethic and customer relationship skills
- Excellent internal and external communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
