We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Sales Operation Analyst for a prominent client of ours.  This position is ­­100% RemoteDetails for the position are as follows:

 

Pay: $27.35 - $36.34/hr based on experience!
Duration: 1 year contract with potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget

 

Job Description:

Team Overview:
You will work alongside a collaborative team responsible for supporting key business initiatives, including strategy, business planning, sales operations, and systems development. The team partners with product, engineering, sales, and marketing functions to optimize operational performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Monitor data quality and integrity across sales systems; identify and resolve discrepancies
    • Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations efficiency
    • Collaborate with IT and sales teams to implement process and system improvements
  • Stakeholder Support:
    • Respond to ad hoc sales support requests with timely and practical solutions
    • Partner with stakeholders to customize reporting and share insights that support sales efforts
  • System and Data Governance:
    • Ensure consistent, accurate data entry and adherence to data governance standards across Salesforce and related tools
    • Promote system adoption and best practices for data integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in SaaS
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools such as Gong and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Experience with conversational intelligence tools is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
