We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Human Resources Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations & Strategy, you will be accountable for identifying and implementing business process improvements and efficiencies that will support performance and drive innovation.
- You will manage an HRIS/ERP system integration project collaborating closely with a third-party vendor and multiple internal departments.
- As a change agent, you will help create a new center of excellence program that will focus on continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the People Team.
- Monitor/track project progress against established goals and; communicate project status, including roadblocks, milestones, and successes with all stakeholders
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least one year of experience supporting improvement/transformation work
- Three days each week in our midtown Manhattan headquarters will be required.
