My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Employee Relations HR Partner for a prominent client of ours. This position is 100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Contract role of 11 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $ 51.85/hr.
Fully Remote.
Job Description:
- Provide strategic guidance to leaders and PBPs on sensitive employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct, interpersonal conflicts, leaves and accommodations.
- Will need to follow up with managers about improvement plans and coaching duties about specific employees.
- Conduct investigations into complex and nuanced employment matters. Partner with PBPs, Legal and other parties to adhere to investigative best practices, reaching the optimal outcomes for our organization and employees.
- Drive workforce change initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that communication is effective, risk is mitigated, and that leaders and employees are supported through the process.
- Use HR analytics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues and make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team and People team colleagues.
- Support internal projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values: Disrupt. Execute. Inclusion. Collaboration. Integrity.
- Seeking Performance management/Coaching and employee relations experience. Role is focused on working with employees and managers.
- Experience with Google sheets and G-Suite is required (Used to track all cases and will update employee tracker on a regular basis.).
