- Pay: 70.00-100.00/hr depending on experience. 2 positions. Level II and Level III.
- Length of Assignment: 2 year budgeted assignment with potential for extension or conversion.
- 100% onsite position. Cannot be hybrid or remote. Manager is open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense with 2-3 weeks.
- MUST HAVE: Ph.D, Transcriptomics, Multi-Omics, (RNAseq analysis, Bulk RNAseq, single-cell RNAseq, etc. Should be very comfortable analyzing those datasets).
- The Precision Genetics group within the Data and Genome Sciences Department is seeking a skilled contractor to join our Computational Precision Immunology team. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in multi-modal and multi-scale data analyses to contribute to our innovative research efforts.
- Would like to see spatial omics.
- Proficiency in programming such as R, Python, Bash, etc. with the ability to establish best practices for reproducible data analyses.
Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) systems and AWS Cloud Computing (e.g., IAM, S3 buckets) would be a plus.
