Summary:
The CDMO Testing & Optimization team develops data-driven solutions to solve business problems. As the Assistant Program Manager (Contract) for Testing & Optimization, you will play an important supporting role in the optimization and business growth of the company websites across all Divisions. This role requires technical, analytical, and project management skills to help manage the central AB testing backlog, democratize quantitative and qualitative learnings across the organization, optimize UX tooling processes and governance, and maintain critical touchpoints across the digital community.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in online consumer journey optimization, ecommerce experience analytics, and digital operations or project management. Responsibilities will include actively managing project milestones supporting the AB testing calendar, helping share and scale UX best practices, reporting on test KPIs and supporting website analytics, and clearly communicate Testing & Optimization updates to business partners across levels. A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate flawless execution is essential.
Accountabilities:
Optimization Program Management & Governance:
- Support our dynamic Testing & Optimization with managing critical project milestones to push forward our AB testing and qualitative research backlog. This requires strong attention to detail, constant test calendar management, and the ability to understand & communicate the status of simultaneous projects.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure fast & flawless deployment. This includes a strong understanding of business requirements and executional dependencies as well as basic web platform limitations. This will also entail front-end QA support in preview and production environments.
- Help compile, summarize, and address business partner questions and feedback. This may include communicating complex topics to non-technical partners.
- Coordinate Testing & Optimization meetings, follow up on key takeaways and actions, and help prepare broad communications. This requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Champion clear roles & responsibilities, processes, and tool governance as defined by the Director of Testing & Optimization. This includes clear communication of established T&O service-level agreements to scope and deliver on brand requests. This also includes initiating the proper escalation protocols for third-party platforms and integrations.
Consumer Insights & Experience KPI Reporting:
- Help create reporting share-outs and presentation decks. This will include contributing creative ideas for how to visualize data and present clear, compelling consumer insights.
- Understand and demonstrate the relationship among user journey friction points, technical website performance issues, and cohort-specific consumer experience challenges (ie accessibility, mobile device usability, etc).
- Ability to contextualize quantitative test results and qualitative research within broader business impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, project/program management, and/or digital operations
- Excellent execution and organization skills
- Familiarity with the online shopping journey, UX principles & best practices, and ecommerce KPIs
- Curiosity and interest in the consumer experience, user research, and emerging beauty & ecommerce technologies
- Experience with project management and workflow systems (ie ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely), quantitative or qualitative test design, and/or UX analysis tools (e.g., UserTesting, Glassbox, Google Analytics, Looker) is a plus
